The Chip and Run Shot

The chip and run is extremely handy when the ground is firm, especially during windy weather when getting the ball into the air can creat a vulnerable shot. Using the bump-and-run is ideal from a very short distance, just off the green, but it can also be played even farther out, depending on conditions and your ability to control the shot.
