A Golf Fitness Stretch Trainer Will Improve Your
Distance

Golfers are looking for the silver bullet. That "quick fix" to
add yards to their drives and lower their score. You want to know what it
is? A golf fitness stretch trainer. That's right! You all need to stretch
more! I'm going "old school" on you. Or, call it tough love.
Golfers as they get older lose range of motion. To get that range of motion
back does not mean pounding more balls at the range. No...it means
stretching!
How many of you feel tight when you try to make a full backswing? Come on,
be honest. I'll bet if you're over fifty years of age, 90% of you answered
yes. If that's the case, don't you think you need to do something about it,
or do you think your flexibility will magically reappear?
It's not going to happen! The only way to gain more range
of motion in your golf swing is golf stretching. Hitting more balls will
not increase your flexibility. And, truth be told, you will probably
ingrain more bad golf swing habits (compensations) further, compounding the
problem.
I don't know what your desires are in golf, but either you hire a golf
fitness stretch trainer locally, or get on the internet and do some
research on golf fitness and stretching and pick your poison. Either way, I
hope I've encouraged you to take a different approach to your golf
improvement plan.
