Inspired by Oxford style shirts: made of classic materials, with
enhanced features
DENVER (July 2009) -
Imperial Headwear (www.ImperialHeadwear.com),
the leading global manufacturer of premium quality, active lifestyle
headwear, announced today the introduction of the Oxford Prep style,
featured in its new 2010 catalog.
The Oxford Prep cap is the flagship of the 2010
Imperial line. Inspired by classic men's shirting's the Oxford Prep is
made from classic pinpoint oxford broadcloth 100% cotton, and features
an entirely new button-down closure created by Imperial. This product
will complement Imperial's core line of men's and women's products, and
is already being well-received in the marketplace.
"Nearly every man has a button down Oxford shirt.
This product was born from that experience," said Rick White, President
& CEO of Imperial Headwear. "The Oxford Prep product will re-define our
core headwear offerings. Our pre-line reviews for the product were
incredible. Every client who previewed the style indicated an immediate
desire to purchase it."
The Oxford Prep style is consistent with current
trends, which indicate a return to "traditional products." The product
is offered in solid and striped colors, with more color ways planned for
future release. Cotton Oxford broadcloth is lightweight and accepts
embroidered decoration exceptionally well. The nature of the fabric also
creates an excellent fit and greater comfort. The proprietary Oxford
Prep button-down closure features a tailored button closure with
Imperial elastic comfort fit technology.
