Jason Baile grew up in Jacksonville, NC. He attended East Carolina University and Greensboro College where he played on the nationally ranked Greensboro College golf team. Jason started in the golf business right after college and has served several high end clubs in the south east including, Raleigh Country Club as Director of Golf and Director of Instruction at both Old North State and Kinloch Golf Club.

Jason came to Belfair after serving on the highly acclaimed teaching staff at Sea Island Golf Club where he worked with Todd Anderson, Jack Lumpkin, Gale Peterson and Mike Shannon, all of whom are listed among Golf Digests Top 50 Instructors. One of Jason’s goals for Belfair is to create a welcoming coaching and learning environment for players of all levels through strong fundamentals presented in simple and repeatable concepts. Jason’s Knowledge of the body and how it reacts in the golf swing allows him to create a functional and repeatable golf swing for all levels of players including players with body limitations.

How To Practice

There is only one way to improve your ball striking capabilities and become a better golfer and that is to practice. So often many golfers go to the range and mindlessly bang range balls.
