Golfweek Hosts Online Scavenger Hunt
Sweepstakes Grand Prize Includes PGA Tour Championship Package
ORLANDO, Fla., (May 13, 2010) – Now through
June 22, Golfweek magazine – the publication preferred by serious golfers
– is challenging golf enthusiasts to test their golf knowledge and win
great prizes in its first-ever online scavenger hunt sweepstakes.
Hosted on Golfweek.com,
Golfweek’s eight-week-long scavenger hunt not only offers weekly prizes
from Lamkin, Pukka Headwear and Pin High, but also an amazing grand-prize
package valued at approximately $3,500, which includes two hospitality
tickets to the 2010 PGA Tour Championship presented by Coca-Cola in Atlanta
and stay-and-play accommodations at The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds
Plantation in Greensboro, Ga. The grand-prize winner will be chosen at
random on June 28.
To play, visitors can go to Golfweek.com/ScavengerHunt
and answer a series of three questions, which are posted to the Web site
every Monday for duration of the sweepstakes. Each time a participant
completes the quiz, he/she will be entered into both the weekly and
grand-prize drawings. Entrants may increase their chances of winning by
playing as many times as they’d like and can even participate in quizzes
from past weeks. To help participants find the correct answers, useful
story links to related articles are also provided as hints.
