Frogger Launches Amphibian Tour Towel For Spring 2010 Amphibian Tour towel in larger size gives golf
enthusiasts more options
EMERALD HILLS, Calif. - Building upon the success of
the original Amphibian Towel, Frogger, maker of
award-winning golf accessories, today unveiled the new Amphibian Tour Towel
for spring 2010. Featuring the same performance qualities as the original,
it is double the size (40"x 20") providing a larger interior dry towel for
wet weather play. The Amphibian Tour Towel will be available online and at
retail this June.
Amphibian Towels are versatile three-layered, square
towels providing a wet/dry option for varying weather conditions and player
needs. For dry days, the interior bamboo terry towel stays wet, while the
exterior is dry. For rainy days, the bamboo terry interior functions as a
dry towel while the exterior remains damp. A waterproof interior membrane
prevents water from transferring from one side to the other. Amphibian
Towels now come in three sizes, the original Amphibian Towel (28" x 14"),
The Amphibian Ball Towel (3" x 3") and the new Amphibian Tour Towel (40" x
20").
"The original Amphibian Towel generated very positive
feedback," said Jeremiah Bohannon, CEO of Frogger. "We listened to our
consumers who requested a bigger version mainly for wet weather play,
providing twice the dry towel surface area. With the success of the
original, it is the next logical step."
Frogger also manufactures the award-winning BrushPro,
designed to remove debris from the grooves of clubs. It is available at
Frogger's retail site (www.froggerbrushpro.com), Dick's Sporting Goods,
Golf Galaxy, Golf Town, PGA Superstore's and many other retailers across
the country.
