Also choose something which suits you, applying a new grip each time you

exercises in your free time will be better. You could always try a few
different things and then continue just with the one that seems to be
working the best or is the easiest for you to do.
Remember, that if the most effective is the most time consuming and takes
the most effort and you think that it is unlikely that you will be able to
keep up with it, then it is probably a waste of time trying it. You know
what is realistic for you and although it is good to stretch yourself, if
you really want to improve then you need something that you know that you
will be able to commit to.
If you know that it will be worth the effort in the end, because you will
improve your golf swing lag then perhaps try something more challenging as
you are more likely to be focused and successful.
